1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
  2. Remove Neck & Giblets From Body
  3. Rinse Turkey in Cold Water
  4. Place Breast Up in Roasting Pan (uncovered)
  5. Lightly Brush With Oil or Butter
  6. Season as Desired
  7. Cook Turkey (see chart Below)
  8. Use Meat Thermometer in the Breast of the Turkey *Should Reach 170 Degrees*
  9. Let Stand for 15-20 Minutes Before Carving
  10. Enjoy!!!

  • 12-14 LB…….3.5 – 4 Hours
  • 14-18 LB…….4 – 4.5 Hours
  • 18-20 LB…….4.5 – 5 Hours
  • 20-24 LB…….5 – 5.5 Hours
  • 25-30 LB…….5.5 – 6 Hours
