- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
- Remove Neck & Giblets From Body
- Rinse Turkey in Cold Water
- Place Breast Up in Roasting Pan (uncovered)
- Lightly Brush With Oil or Butter
- Season as Desired
- Cook Turkey (see chart Below)
- Use Meat Thermometer in the Breast of the Turkey *Should Reach 170 Degrees*
- Let Stand for 15-20 Minutes Before Carving

- 12-14 LB…….3.5 – 4 Hours
- 14-18 LB…….4 – 4.5 Hours
- 18-20 LB…….4.5 – 5 Hours
- 20-24 LB…….5 – 5.5 Hours
- 25-30 LB…….5.5 – 6 Hours
