Here are a Few of our Favorite Family Recipes we Recommend and Highly Enjoy!


Herbed Boneless Turkey Breast

1 boneless turkey breast (6-8 LB)
2T. Butter
1/4c. Cream Cheese
1T. Soy Sauce
1T. Parsley
1/2T. Basil
1/2T. Thyme
1/4T. Pepper
1/4T. Garlic Powder

Combine ingredients and Brush over Turkey Breast.
Cover and Cook on LOW FOR 10-12 Hours or HIGH FOR 5-6 Hours


 

Prime Rib Roast / Tenderloin Roast

1. Preheat Oven To 500 Degrees (Approx. 20 Minutes)
2. Lightly Coat Meat with Oil
3. Place Meat on Broiler Rack in Preheated Oven for 20 Min
4. Without Opening Oven Door, Reduce Heat to 200 Degrees
5. Slow Roast for Approx. 25 Minutes Per Pound
6. Use Meat Thermometer to Bring to Desired Temp (see chart Below)
7. Let Roast Stand for 15-20 Minutes Before Carving
8. Enjoy!!!

All Natural Fresh Turkey

1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
2. Remove Neck & Giblets From Body
3. Rinse Turkey in Cold Water
4. Place Breast Up in Roasting Pan (uncovered)
5. Lightly Brush With Oil or Butter
6. Season as Desired
7. Cook Turkey (see chart Below)
    8-12 LB.......3 - 3.5 Hours
   12-14 LB.......3.5 - 4 Hours
   14-18 LB.......4 - 4.5 Hours
   18-20 LB.......4.5 - 5 Hours
   20-24 LB.......5 - 5.5 Hours 
   25-30 LB.......5.5 - 6 Hours
8. Use Meat Thermometer in the Breast of the Turkey
   *Should Reach 170 Degrees*
9. Let Stand for 15-20 Minutes Before Carving
10. Enjoy!!!

 

Smoked Ham

1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
2. Place Ham in Baking Pan with 1 Inch of Liquid
3. (optional) Spread Brown Sugar or Glaze on Ham
4. Cover and Heat for 15 Minutes Per Pound

 

Stuffed Pig Stomach

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Place Stuffed Stomach in Baking Pan
3. 1-2 Inches of Liquid in Pan
4. Place Pan Uncovered in Oven
5. Bake for 3.5 Hours (4 - 4.5 Hours if Frozen)
6. Use a Thermometer in Center of Stomach
   *should reach 170 degrees*
