Ingredients:

  1. 5-6 lb Beef Brisket Flat
  2. 1 t garlic salt
  3. 1 t onion salt
  4. 1 t celery salt
  5. 2 t pepper
  6. 2 t Worcestershire
  7. 10 oz bottle soy sauce

combine all ingredients, coat brisket with ingredients inside a bag, turn to coat.  marinate overnight or 8 hours.

wrap brisket in heavy foil, place in a sprayed baking pan, bake at 325 for 4 hours.

after 4 hours, remove from heat, let stand for 20 minutes and slice across grain, add your favorite sauce, bake for an additional hour, then serve and enjoy!
